Our approach to executive search starts with the organization: understanding the unique needs of the position, taking time to craft a compelling strategy and story, and working every corner of the market to surface the highest level of talent.
Rob brings nearly 30 years of consulting and recruiting experience, a unique 4 phase process, and a broad variety of professional backgrounds into his role as President of AGORA. He founded it in 2000 out of his personal desire to bring a more relational approach to the executive search process, rather than a transactional one that continued to frustrate him, his clients, and his candidates.
As a former architect, Tom Tunnicliff brings a designer's mindset to the pastoral search process. Serving in multiple church and seminary leadership roles over the past 30 years, Tom has a sensitivity to the unique needs of churches in pastoral transition. He and his wife reside in Wisconsin, love to mountain bike, and have three adult children and three grandchildren keeping them on their toes.
Mark brings more than 35 years of experience working with leaders and developing leadership teams as a Christian School educator and coach. His passion is to see servant-leaders reach their potential of maximum impact for Christ within their organizations and for those who will be chosen to lead new programs in the Christian and non-profit world. He and his family reside in Milwaukee, WI, but has deep roots in Southern California as a former surfer and beach volleyball player.
Michael has served churches in the Midwest, West, and the South, in mobile churches and megachurches for nearly 30 years. Michael’s passion for healthy leadership has been evident while serving as a Lead Pastor, Worship Pastor, and as a coach and mentor to pastors, churches and business owners across the country.
David brings years of experience in recruiting and is passionate about building and spreading ministry both in churches and Christian non-profits. David leads a men’s Bible teaching ministry with members both in his church and from other churches in his area, and weekly writes a free online devotional called Elevated Discourse. He and his wife, Nikki-Dee, live in Franklin, TN with their three children and three dogs.
