The Position
The Lead Pastor will provide creative leadership and spiritual direction for The Pointe Church through teams, technology, and teaching. The ideal candidate will be a gifted communicator and storyteller that simplifies complex topics and theology for seekers and disciples effectively. He will be winsome and possess a mastery of organizational leadership and financial best practices.
