MCC is seeking their next Lead Pastor who will build on a firm foundation of ministry in South Denver and provide leadership in fulfilling the mission of their church for an even bigger impact on the surrounding area in the years ahead. The congregation, staff, and Elders are excited and ready to welcome their new Pastor!
The Position
The Lead Pastor of MCC will be a man of character and prayer who demonstrates a history of loving people well while preaching the truth of scripture. The role of the Lead Pastor is to work in collaboration with the Elders and the pastoral staff to oversee the spiritual life and direction of the church. The Lead Pastor will ensure that the systems, practices, programs, and policies of the church responsibly and effectively support the church’s vision & mission
