Executive Administrator - AGORA Search Group



AGORA Search Group is a Colorado Springs search firm providing executive search and selection services to churches and faith-based organizations throughout the world.



The primary objective of the Executive Admin is to partner with the Executive Team by providing comprehensive administrative support and solutions allowing focused attention on leading the organization. The Executive Admin will know they are successful when the President is investing 60% of his time coaching, mentoring, and providing vision for the AGORA Search Team who serve our clients and 40% on recruiting and business development. In addition, the Executive Admin will manage the internal infrastructure and processes that support the team who serve our church and faith-based clients.

The ideal candidate must be highly effective working in teams, able to work in a complex environment, and have a high level of proficiency using internal systems as well as MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. The Executive Admin position requires excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, integrity, and business acumen as a representative of the Executive Team in working with clients and candidates.






PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learn the retained search industry with specific focus on AGORA’s approach

  • Support the President’s business development and recruiting efforts to include generating client proposals

  • Manage President’s calendar including scheduling calls, appointments, and arranging travel

  • Assist Vice President of Recruiting & Operations on projects related to developing and defining processes, CRM management and documentation

  • Administer accounts payable and accounts receivable while maintaining accurate financial records

  • Design Opportunity Profiles for all AGORA recruiters

  • Create and design content to maximize website, social media accounts, E-blasts (Constant Contact), and job postings to position organization for marketing and recruiting success


SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize documentation, data, reports and company records to enhance internal and external communication

  • Manage travel and logistics for offsite staff meetings and office events

  • Track progress of full cycle executive recruiting process

  • Serve as subject matter expert for database, software, and internal processes

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues

  • Manage the general email and voicemail accounts

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor’s Degree highly desired

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience highly desired

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

  • Familiarity with Mac systems preferred

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Adept and open to learning various software systems as needed.
