Chief Executive Officer - TruCare


TruCare is a faith-based, life-affirming resource located in the exciting city of Austin, Texas, that supports the needs of women surrounding an unplanned pregnancy. TruCare is both a medical clinic and a ministry center featuring newly remodeled facilities, professional staff and compassionate volunteers providing a range of services and customized care that serve women, save babies, and see people reborn and discipled as they encounter the transforming love of Jesus Christ. TruCare is well-positioned to expand its reach to abortion-minded women (ages 15-26, primarily) in a secular culture, as well as the men in their lives.

The new CEO will be someone who is devoted to the Lord, serving women in crisis, saving unborn children, and partnering with the local church. The person will have successful experience leading a non-profit organization (preferably with a focus on women’s concerns), with business acumen, outstanding communication skills and team-building abilities, and an aptitude for fundraising that strengthens this sacred cause. The CEO will be a strategic, collaborative and catalytic leader who inspires, guides and nurtures the entire TruCare network into a promising new season.


The Position

The CEO has the overall strategic, operational and public relations responsibility of the TruCare Network ministry (including the Pregnancy Center and the Medical Clinic) which involves implementing the vision and policies as approved by the Board of Directors, in accordance with TruCare’s Mission Statement and Statement of Faith. The CEO reports to the Board and supervises all senior staff.
