Chief Executive Officer - Full Strength Network
Full Strength Network (FSN) is seeking a President/CEO who will lead them into a season of expansion. Founded in 2015, FSN is a young organization poised for growth that is fully dedicated to the health of clergy all over the nation. This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader to shape an amazing ministry that is needed now more than ever.
With the right blend of experience, skillset, and passion, this role will influence the well being of thousands of pastors and, by extension, thousands upon thousands of believers and seekers. This is an opportunity to lead an incredible team with an extraordinary mission.
Full Strength Network is a nonprofit, non-denominational ministry dedicated to strengthening Christian clergy and their families. It exists to help pastors monitor their wellbeing and connect to strengthening resources. FSN understands that the work of ministry is a special calling that also comes with special challenges. Through their network of service professionals, FSN strives to provide vital assistance before those challenges lead to burnout or threaten ministry viability. They believe healthy pastors lead healthy churches and healthy churches change the world.
FSN’s serving model has three primary areas of focus: Mindfulness/self-awareness, Wisdom Content, and a Professional Care Network. All of this is done through PastorWell™ which is an affordable annual membership program created exclusively for church pastors and ministry leaders. It provides nine essential member services that are proven to help church leaders thrive and flourish under the heavy pressures of church leadership.

FUNDRAISING – The President/CEO of FSN is the primary fundraiser. They will have a track record of familiarity and experience with donor development strategies and processes. While future hires specific to this function are possible, the primary responsibility to cultivate the donor development of FSN sits with the President/CEO.
Leader – The FSN President/CEO will be a leader’s leader. A person who is decisive but collaborative, someone who sees the future but manages the present. A true team leader who leverages passion and people toward a significant purpose.

PastorWell® Membership Program – PastorWell® is a wellbeing program designed to help strengthen Christian clergy in their personal lives and ministry leadership. One of the primary organizational objectives is to exponentially increase program memberships.
Denominational and Corporate Partnerships – One of the driving keys to FSN’s effectiveness is partnerships. These partnerships drive program membership, ministry visibility, and pastoral engagement. Partnerships also drive donor revenue and increase the opportunity for more pastors to receive the help they deserve.
Fundraising – FSN needs to substantially increase donor development and fundraising efforts to grow beyond the startup phase. To meet their objective of providing care to as many clergy families as possible, current donor levels need to increase and new donors need to be introduced to FSN.
